Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, economics, healthcare, engineering or science.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Good knowledge of English and Polish; willing to travel.
• Strong sales abilities and drive for results.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic’s products within an assigned geographic area to meet targets.
• Provide case and technical support during meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at accounts.
• Execute annual and quarterly business plans aligned with the Diabetes marketing plan.
• Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.
• Support tender preparation and related documentation.
