Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a DFT Lead to drive design-for-test activities in a multi-disciplinary SOC environment. You will lead DFT development across scanners, JTAG, ATPG, and MBIST, collaborating with RTL, physical design, and verification teams.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on DFT experience with commercial EDA tools, strong scripting skills, and the ability to lead a distributed team. Hybrid work options are available in Poland.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with DFT and test flows for large SOCs.
• Experience with JTAG, ATPG, yield learning, logic diagnosis, and MBIST/LBIST.

Responsibilities

• Implement DFT inline with existing test methodologies for advanced process nodes.
• Perform top- and block-level DFT insertion: scan compression, iJTAG, ATPG, patterns validation/simulation, MBIST/LBIST.
• Collaborate with physical design to resolve timing constraints/issues.
• Verify DFT circuitry and interface with other IPs; debug timing issues.
• Improve DFT KPIs: test coverage and pattern efficiency.
• Perform hierarchical retargeting and silicon bring-up support for failure analysis.
• Lead a multilocational team of DFT engineers.
