CD Project in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for internal development tools and build systems across the group.

You will drive team delivery, ownership, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring scalable and reliable development infrastructure while partnering with engineering, production, and IT to optimize workflows and empower project teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Manager or Lead.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience shipping games or software products.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles.
• Strong command of Source Control Management systems (Perforce, Git).
• Ability to proactively take ownership, set goals, and drive initiatives independently.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration, supporting colleagues, and achieving shared goals.
• Ability to adjust to shifting priorities, handle ambiguity, and excel under pressure.
