Job summary

Referment в Варшаве ищет опытного DevOps-инженера для реализации многоклаудной стратегии на базе AWS и Azure, обеспечения CI/CD, IaC и автоматизации развёртываний в условиях реальных банковских клиентов.

Кандидат будет поддерживать надежность production, работать с инструментами Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, FluxCD/ArgoCD, и использовать AI-инструменты в рабочих процессах.

Qualifications

• Требуется не менее 5 лет релевантного опыта, из них не менее 3 лет работы в облаках.
• Опыт эксплуатации продукционных инфраструктур в масштабе с реальными клиентами, сертификации или лабораторные проекты недостаточны
• Опыт владения более чем одним поставщиком облаков или переход между ними
• Сильные знания Azure и AWS, практический опыт Kubernetes, Helm и Terraform
• Умение рецензировать инфраструктурный код и выявлять проблемы дизайна или реализации
• Практический CI/CD, включая FluxCD или ArgoCD
• Готовность работать в регламентированных условиях и в стрессовых средах
• Регулярное использование инструментов ИИ в инженерных процессах, таких как Cursor и Claude Code
• Будет плюсом: мониторинг кластеров, безопасность, Kafka, RabbitMQ, GCP или fintech и т.д.

Responsibilities

The financial technology business provides banks with the data infrastructure and intelligence behind personalised digital banking. Its software runs in live banking environments, where infrastructure decisions directly affect customers, security and service reliability. The business is moving from an Azure-only infrastructure model towards a multicloud strategy, starting with AWS.

Задачи:

• Drive the multicloud strategy from design through proof of concept to operational delivery, introducing AWS alongside the existing Azure footprint
• Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation across environments
• Evaluate cloud migration choices with engineering squads against real client workloads
• Maintain production reliability during infrastructure changes while balancing migration progress with continuity of client delivery
• Use AI tools in the DevOps workflow, including automation, testing and day-to-day engineering tooling
• Challenge shortcuts that could weaken reliability or security, explain their practical consequences and help teams find workable alternatives

Требования:

• At least five years of relevant experience, including at least three years working with public clouds
• Experience operating production infrastructure at scale with real clients depending on it; certifications or lab projects alone are not sufficient
• Experience with more than one cloud provider or ownership of a genuine migration between providers
• Strong Azure and AWS knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform
• Ability to review existing infrastructure-as-code and identify design or implementation problems
• Practical CI/CD experience, including FluxCD or ArgoCD
• Comfort working in regulated or high-stakes environments, including on-premises constraints, security requirements and demanding client expectations
• Regular use of AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor and Claude Code
