Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Строить, развивать и поддерживать облачную инфраструктуру для банковской платформы Thought Machine.
• Разрабатывать и поддерживать решения Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Обеспечивать доступность, надежность, масштабируемость и безопасность платформы.
• Контролировать критические сервисы и proactively устранять Production-issues.
• Внедрять автоматизированное исправление, самовосстановление и операционные инструменты.

• Build, maintain and support cloud infrastructure for the Thought Machine core banking platform;
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions for resilient banking environments;
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, scalability and security across development, test, staging and production environments;
• Monitor critical banking services and proactively identify production issues;
• Implement automated remediation, self-healing and operational tooling;
• Participate in major incident management and root cause analysis;
• Design and maintain secure, repeatable and compliant CI/CD pipelines;
• Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, testing and deployment;
• Partner with Engineering teams to improve developer experience and accelerate delivery while maintaining regulatory controls;
• Promote DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Collaborate with Thought Machine architects, platform engineers, software engineers and business stakeholders on the strategic core banking roadmap;
• Support deployment and ongoing operation of Vault products, APIs and banking services;
• Contribute to environment design, release management, resilience testing and disaster recovery capabilities;
• Help establish operational standards, observability frameworks and platform governance models;
• Ensure infrastructure and deployment processes meet banking regulatory requirements and internal risk controls;
• Support audit activities and maintain operational documentation;
• Work with Security, Risk and Compliance teams on access management, logging, monitoring and change governance;
• Ensure operational activities align with security, resilience and regulatory standards.

Требования

• Extensive DevOps engineering experience in banking, financial services, fintech, payments or other highly regulated environments;
• Strong AWS cloud engineering experience;
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible or similar;
• Experience building, maintaining and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar;
• Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical production environments with stringent uptime and resilience requirements;
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging and observability solutions such as Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic or Sumo Logic;
• Strong experience with containerized platforms including Kubernetes and Docker;
• Experience supporting and administering Apache Kafka platforms in production;
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging patterns using Kafka for real-time transaction processing and system integration;
• Experience managing Kafka topics, partitions, replication, brokers, schema management, monitoring, performance tuning and operational support;
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures;
• Strong understanding of production support, incident management, change management and operational excellence practices;
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams;
• Nice to have: Thought Machine Vault or other modern Core Banking platforms, banking products including deposits, lending, cards, payments or customer account systems, financial regulatory frameworks and operational resilience requirements, DevSecOps capabilities and security automation, event-driven architecture and API-driven platforms, distributed systems, microservices and cloud-native application architectures, Site Reliability Engineering practices.
