Qualifications

• 5+ лет в DevOps/Platform/Build Engineering с фокусом на крупномасштабный CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и внедрение единых систем логирования, метрик, трассировки и оповещений с Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry.
• Установка целей обслуживания, дашбордов и рамок оповещений для проактивного реагирования на инциденты.
• Создание внутренних инструментов для инструментирования сервисов и диагностики мониторинга.
• Устранение инцидентов в продакшене и долгосрочная коррекция через RCA и расширение сигнализации.
• Участие в дежурствах и онколле.
• Поддержка надежных пайплайнов доставки и шаблонов с GitLab CI, Flux, Helm.
• Интеграция инструментов мониторинга и доставки с Kubernetes и облачными сервисами.
• Сотрудничество между командами для стандартизации методик инструментирования.
• Наставничество коллег.

• Design and implement unified logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry


• Establish service level objectives, dashboards, and alerting frameworks for proactive incident response


• Create internal tools that help engineering teams instrument services, diagnose issues, and manage their monitoring needs


• Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term remediation through root cause analysis and improved signal coverage


• Participate in on-call duty


• Contribute to reliable delivery pipelines and maintain reusable templates using GitLab CI, Flux, and Helm


• Integrate observability and delivery tooling with Kubernetes and cloud services


• Collaborate across teams to standardise instrumentation practices and observability standards


• Mentor colleagues

Требования:

• 5+ Years in DevOps, Platform, or Build Engineering, specialising in large-scale CI/CD and developer workflow optimization


• Proven observability design experience


• Strong scripting skills with Bash, Python, or Golang


• Experience designing and operating production CI/CD pipelines


• Knowledge of modern build and packaging, including Docker, container optimisation, caching, and artifact management


• Experience with cross-functional initiatives, writing shared libraries, and establishing practices and standards
