The engineering team builds and operates platform foundations supporting Flightscape services across cloud and air-gapped on-premise environments.

Задачи

• Build and maintain reusable CI/CD pipeline templates using pipeline-as-code practices
• Administer and improve Red OpenShift and Kubernetes environments
• Define and improve deployment patterns, scaling, ingress, and platform reliability
• Implement and maintain observability solutions covering metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting
• Automate infrastructure and environment provisioning using Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and Ansible
• Develop and maintain GitOps-based deployment and configuration workflows
• Work with SerOps and Architecture teams to define and improve backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
• Partner with development teams to improve release quality, deployment speed, and production stability
• Support platform configuration, automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Develop scripts and automation using Bash, Python, or Go

Требования

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Red OpenShift
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform: AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps
• Experience with infrastructure and deployment automation using tools such as Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and/or Ansible
• Working knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, ELK, Tempo, and/or Jaeger
• Experience with monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, and/or Go
• Good understanding of production platform reliability, deployment automation, and configuration management
• English allowing effective communication in an international engineering environment

• 130 - 150 PLN/h on B2B
• 15 600 - 18 000 PLN gross on UoP
• Relocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) if permanent office presence is mandatory and relocation from another city is needed
