Duco is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of our observability capabilities. This hands-on role focuses on designing unified logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting, while standardising delivery practices and improving automation across the SDLC.
You'll work closely with engineering teams, mentor peers, and own mission-critical observability systems that support our growing customer base, including Kubernetes and cloud integrations.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of our observability capabilities. In this role, you’ll focus on designing and driving our observability systems, shaping dashboards and developing tooling that accelerates developer productivity. You will be a key contributor to standardising delivery practices, improving automation across the SDLC, and ensuring our systems are monitored, observable, and resilient.
This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams, guide best practices, and take ownership of mission-critical delivery and observability systems that support our growing customer base.
