Danfoss is seeking a Design Engineering Trainee in Poland to gain hands-on experience in mechanical product design, testing and improvement. You will work with experienced engineers on real projects, turning ideas from 3D models to tangible components.

You are studying Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have basic CAD knowledge (Inventor). You will contribute to design documentation, drawings and analyses, while developing practical engineering skills in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• You are currently studying Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
• You have basic knowledge of 3D CAD software such as Inventor.
• You are curious, proactive and eager to learn, especially in engineering and product development.
• You enjoy collaborating with others and managing own tasks with organization.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software with guidance.
• Support the preparation of design documentation and engineering drawings.
• Participate in basic engineering analyses and feasibility checks.
• Support testing and evaluation of mechanical components and systems.
• Collaborate with engineers on real development projects and maintain documentation.
