Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineer, Product Testing to join the RD&E team in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland. You will own end-to-end testing for commercial and industrial valves and on/off switches, collaborating with product engineers, developers and international teams.

You will help define testing methods, improve SOPs and drive lab development to ensure high-quality, reliable refrigeration and air conditioning solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical product design or testing.
• Strong understanding of product testing processes and test results documentation.
• Analytical, structured and proactive mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Experience in international projects and knowledge of CAD tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end product testing for commercial valves and on/off switches.
• Analyze, document and manage test results; improve SOPs and data management practices.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained to meet testing requirements.
• Support New Product Development projects with testing plans and feedback to engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement of the local R&D lab and testing standards.
