Job summary

State Street Kraków is seeking an Associate 1 to support daily derivative operations, client servicing and trade lifecycle activities. You will work with swaps, options, futures, CFDs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or current student), fluent English, strong analytical skills, and Excel proficiency. Hybrid work with three office days per week and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in any discipline.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily processing activities across derivative products (swaps, options, futures, CFDs).
• Support trade lifecycle management and instrument valuations.
• Monitor and resolve settlement discrepancies and perform risk/controls checks.
• Communicate with clients, custodians, brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
