State Street in Kraków is seeking an Associate 1 level professional to perform IBOR-related corporate actions tasks within a Global Markets Middle Office. You will process client transactions, reconcile entitlements, and collaborate with Global Custodians to support entitlement confirmations.
Strong problem-solving, English communication, and knowledge of corporate actions and custody banking are valued. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office per week.

An excellent opportunity has arisen at the Associate 1 level within Corporate Actions which involves carrying out a high risk function within the operation. The successful candidate’s responsibilities primarily include accounting transactions in Investment Books of Records (IBOR) for respective allotted clients for Global market events within a Middle Office environment. This will also involve working closely with Global (Sub) Custodians around the entitlement confirmation process on behalf of a diverse client base.
This role requires a minimum of 3 days of working from office .

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
