STATE STREET CORPORATION in Kraków seeks an IMA Accountant to handle daily accounting tasks and process client instructions while coordinating with internal units and external clients. You will contribute to data accuracy and timely service delivery.

You will maintain reference data, investigate instruction exceptions, support training, and help meet deadlines. The role requires a hybrid model with in-office days, and English and Italian language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Numeracy / Literacy skills.
• Accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• PC literate and competent in use of spreadsheets, word processing and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of fund administration would be useful but not essential.
• Good level of English.
• Fluent Italian spoken and written.
• Analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Process client’s instructions and related accounting tasks.
• Investigate exceptions in client instructions.
• Maintain client and mandate reference data.
• Attend to internal and external client needs and inquiries.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Ensure daily workload is allocated and deadlines are met.
