Job summary

State Street Corporation in Poland (Kraków) seeks a Depositary Services Manager to lead project delivery across the full lifecycle, drive process improvements and manage management information reporting. The role reports to the Senior Depositary Services Manager and supports daily operations in a hybrid office setup.

Required are strong project-management and change-management capabilities, plus at least five years' experience in financial services or operations.

Qualifications

• A degree in technology, accounting, finance, business or a related field is preferred.
• At least five years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, transformation or implementat
• Project-management, change-management or continuous-improvement training or experience is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with standard office productivity, reporting and data-analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-side delivery of projects across full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Own project scope, timelines, costs, risks, dependencies and business readiness.
• Analyze current processes, prepare cost-benefit and impact assessments; lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate, validate and report management information, KPIs, capacity movements and efficiency outcomes.
• Build stakeholder alignment, facilitate decisions and represent the function in governance forums.
• Support daily operations.
