Job summary

State Street Corporation in Poland (Kraków) seeks a Depositary Services Manager to lead project delivery across the full lifecycle, drive process improvements and manage management information reporting. The role reports to the Senior Depositary Services Manager and supports daily operations in a hybrid office setup.

Required are strong project-management and change-management capabilities, plus at least five years' experience in financial services or operations.

Qualifications

• A degree in technology, accounting, finance, business or a related field is preferred.
• At least five years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, transformation or implementat
• Project-management, change-management or continuous-improvement training or experience is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with standard office productivity, reporting and data-analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-side delivery of projects across full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Own project scope, timelines, costs, risks, dependencies and business readiness.
• Analyze current processes, prepare cost-benefit and impact assessments; lead continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate, validate and report management information, KPIs, capacity movements and efficiency outcomes.
• Build stakeholder alignment, facilitate decisions and represent the function in governance forums.
• Support daily operations.

We are looking for a Depositary Services Manager reporting directly to the Senior Depositary Services Manager. You will lead business-side change, process improvement and management-information activities across depositary operations as well as support daily operations.

What you will be responsible for

As a Depositary Services Manager, you will Lead business-side delivery of projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control and closure Own project scope, timelines, costs, risks, dependencies and business readiness, ensuring delivery to the required quality, timelines and budget parameters. Analyse current processes, prepare cost-benefit and impact assessments, and lead continuous-improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes. Coordinate, validate and report management information, key performance indicators, capacity movements and efficiency outcomes. Build stakeholder alignment, facilitate decisions and represent the function in relevant project, governance and operational forum. Support daily operations

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Advanced proficiency with standard office productivity, reporting and data-analysis tool. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage several priorities. Additional requirements Experience improving operational processes through workflow, data or technology solutions is preferred. The role provides leadership through expertise, influence and delivery ownership rather than direct people management.

Work Requirement

Poland: Gdansk or Krakow. Senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports. Presence in the office in the required hybrid model currently at 3 days pew week at the office

Minimum Salary

Minimum Salary: zł132 000 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ. Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees. In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
