Job summary

State Street is seeking a Depositary Services Manager reporting to the Senior Depositary Services Manager. You will lead business-side change, process improvements, and management-information activities across depositary operations while supporting daily operations in a global client-focused function.

In this senior individual-contributor role in Poland (Krakow or Gdansk) you will drive projects end-to-end, manage scope, timelines, costs, risks, and stakeholder alignment in a hybrid model

Qualifications

• Degree in technology, accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in financial services or operations.
• Project-management, change-management or continuous-improvement training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle projects from initiation to closure with budget and timelines.
• Analyze processes, perform cost-benefit and impact assessments.
• Coordinate reporting of KPIs, capacity movements and efficiency outcomes.
• Build stakeholder alignment and represent the function in governance forums.
• Support daily operations in a hybrid workplace.
