Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Demand Generation Analyst to drive lead activation, pipeline management and cross-channel campaigns for the CEE region in the finance sector. The role focuses on ensuring clear lead statuses, nurture journeys and measurable demand generation outcomes.

You'll work in Warsaw offices with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site) and collaborate with sales, marketing operations and business teams to optimize funnel performance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in demand generation, marketing operations or revenue marketing.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and lead lifecycle management.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (prefer Eloqua).
• Ability to analyze funnel data and provide actionable insights.
• Attention to data quality and campaign consistency.
• Willing to work in the Warsaw office 3 days a week.

As a Demand Generation Analyst you will be responsible for managing lead activation and pipeline processes, ensuring that every relevant lead has a clear status and progression path. You will support integrated campaign operations and contribute to demand-generation initiatives across the CEE region for the company's finance industry. Your tasks

• Managing lead activation and pipeline processes to ensure clarity on lead status and progression paths
• Coordinating lead assignments and follow-ups with Account Executives and business teams
• Supporting the setup of integrated campaigns across various channels, including email and webinars
• Translating target-account requirements into operational campaign segments and nurturing journeys
• Tracking engagement signals and recommending next-best actions to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Coordinating demand-generation priorities and supporting event conversion efforts to generate measurable demand
• Maintaining dashboards to report on marketing performance, pipeline, and revenue contributions
• Conducting data normalization and supporting troubleshooting for marketing technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, sales activation or revenue marketing
• Strong understanding of the sales process and lead lifecycle management
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua
• Ability to analyze funnel data and provide operational recommendations based on insights
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining data quality and campaign consistency
• Understanding of lead lifecycle management, scoring, routing, nurture and Sales handoffs
• Openness to work in the office 3 days a week in Warsaw
• Fluent Polish and English
• Residency in Poland
