Responsibilities

• Liaise daily with sales, product managers, and suppliers to fulfill orders.
• Analyze service level metrics and identify improvement actions.
• Classify parts and manage planning parameters (safety stock, lead time).
• Coordinate material movements and address bottlenecks.
• Act as a key user for Maestro or similar planning tools.
• Participate in automation and optimization improvement projects.

• Demand alignment with sales manager and supply planning mainly from Bosch plants
• Create delivery plans
• Daily contact with the sales department, product managers and suppliers to fulfill orders and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Analyze key metric customer service level and find measures for improvements
• ABC Classification of parts
• Analyze, plan and track key planning parameters (safety stock, lead time, min lot size, rounding value etc.) for optimization of customer service and inventory level
• Manage bottleneck situations and supply concerns
• Coordinate physical movement of material
• Key user of planning tool Maestro (or any other planning tool with interest of developing to a Maestro key user)
• Participation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities

• 5+ of experience in procurement planning
• Strong analytical skills; organized with excellent time management and follow up skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively with international supply base
• Target and service oriented
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments and different levels of management
• Key user ability for planning system
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
• Education:completed university studies in business economics, logistics, business informatics or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge:experience in building and maintaining a network of international marketing, sales and customer contacts and experts; understanding of planning processes;experience in dealing with Big Data in Excel, Power BI and other IT applications
• Languages:very good communication skills in written and spoken English
