Job summary

Bosch Group in Poland seeks a procurement planning professional to align demand with sales and supply planning, coordinating with plants, suppliers and product managers to optimize inventory. You will analyze service levels, classify parts, and drive improvements across lead times and stock levels in a multinational setting.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Office, and experience with planning systems like Maestro.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement planning.
• Strong analytical skills, organized with excellent time management and follow up.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with an international supply base.
• Target and service oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interface with departments and management.
• Key user ability for planning systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Education: university studies in business economics, logistics, business informatics or comparable subject.
• Experience with Big Data in Excel, Power BI and other IT applications.
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English.

• Demand alignment with sales manager and supply planning mainly from Bosch plants
• Daily contact with the sales department, product managers and suppliers to fulfill orders and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Analyze key metric customer service level and find measures for improvements
• ABC Classification of parts
• Analyze, plan and track key planning parameters (safety stock, lead time, min lot size, rounding value etc.) for optimization of customer service and inventory level
• Manage bottleneck situations and supply concerns
• Coordinate physical movement of material
• Key user of planning tool Maestro (or any other planning tool with interest of developing to a Maestro key user)
• Participation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities
