Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is hiring a Lead Developer for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Logistics to design, implement and optimize logistics solutions across the SAP landscape. You will collaborate with business experts, architects, and dev teams to deliver scalable SAP logistics modules worldwide.

Responsibilities include leading development, shaping technical direction, and mentoring teams while engaging in international rollout initiatives. Strong English and Agile experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Several years of hands-on SAP development experience, SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Experience implementing SAP modules: EWM, LE, TM.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of development teams.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to evaluate options, risks and maintainability.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication; able to explain complex concepts to business stakeholders.
• Highly proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements in inbound/outbound logistics and advise on best technical implementations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP logistics solutions (EWM, LE, TM).
• Create review concepts, validate via PoCs, present options to committees.
• Evaluate feasibility, cost, risks, and long-term maintainability of options.
• Estimate scope, capacity, costs, and potential technical debt.
• Coordinate and guide development activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Promote knowledge sharing; contribute to code and design reviews.
• Mentor developers and support continuous improvement of practices and quality.
• Support global rollout of SAP applications; assist users across locations.
