Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex Data & AI projects in a fast-growing centre in Warsaw. You will manage project streams, ensure high-quality delivery, and support sales activities with clients across industries.

You will build client relationships, oversee budgets and risks, coordinate with the sales team on opportunities, and guide project teams toward successful outcomes while promoting data & AI capabilities internally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Delivery Manager or Project Manager in IT.
• Ability to prepare offers and collaborate with sales teams.
• Experience in managing project budgets and teams.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive, decisive approach.
• English at least B2; Polish fluency required.
• Residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise projects in the Data & AI area.
• Independently manage commercial projects and responsibility for financial results.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring efficiency and development.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop business and identify opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers and co-create winning proposals.
• Ensure high quality of delivered services and manage project risks.
• Participate in initiatives developing Data & AI competencies (workshops, conferences, knowledge sharing).
