Sii Poland is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee complex Data & AI project streams and ensure high-quality delivered solutions. You will manage project teams, coordinate budgets, and strengthen client relationships while supporting sales with compelling proposals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT project delivery, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Polish. Join a dynamic center focused on advanced data analytics, AI, and modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in IT.
• Ability to prepare offers and collaborate with sales teams.
• Experience in managing project teams, budgets, and delegating tasks.
• Experience collaborating with external clients and building business relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity and decisiveness.
• Excellent English (B2) and Polish fluency.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise projects in the Data & AI area.
• Independently manage commercial projects and their financial results.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring efficiency and development.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to develop business and identify opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers and co-create winning proposals.
• Ensure high quality of delivered services and manage project risks.
• Participate in initiatives developing Data & AI competencies.
