Job summary
Worldline in Warsaw is looking for a Delivery Manager within Risk Technology to orchestrate release planning, coordination across product, engineering, operations and compliance, and ensure new capabilities reach production smoothly.
You will bring structure to complex delivery, own outcomes, and help drive continuous improvement of release processes within a global payments organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and scale delivery across continents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in project coordination, delivery management, release management, technology operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Structured problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and govern technology releases across Risk Technology verticals.
- Ensure readiness across development, testing, operations, and business teams.
- Coordinate release windows, deployment activities, and production go-lives.
- Monitor release progress and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Escalate risks early and propose practical solutions.
- Build relationships with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and Risk stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions that unblock delivery.
