Job summary

Creatio is seeking a Delivery Lead to ensure successful execution of client engagements and internal projects within the Delivery Assurance portfolio. You will leverage expert-level knowledge of the Creatio platform to guide best practices and deliver maximum business value for clients.

The role requires proven portfolio management experience, strong stakeholder engagement at the CxO level, and a structured, results-oriented mindset. English fluency is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program/portfolio management across multiple projects.
• Ability to conduct high-level solution estimations and guide teams in applying best practices.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including communication at CxO level.
• Structured thinking, flexibility, and strong result orientation.
• Fluent English (required); additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product knowledge carrier within Delivery Assurance portfolio.
• Advise clients on optimal solution approaches and platform capabilities.
• Promote Creatio best practices across projects.
• Oversee multiple client engagements and internal implementation projects.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies across portfolio.
• Enforce delivery standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
• Act as the main contact for client executives under contracts.
• Collaborate with Delivery Assurance Architects to validate solutions.
• Identify portfolio risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Capture lessons learned and integrate into Delivery Excellence.
