Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a Demand to Warehouse (DtW) Process Consultant to standardize planning, production and logistics processes across markets. You will work with SAP S/4HANA and other platforms to drive improvements in a global transformation program.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure process consistency, efficiency and readiness, contributing to global standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, process, or transformation roles.
• Experience in planning, production, or logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP in a supply chain context (S/4HANA or ECC).
• Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve global DtW process standards.
• Assess process and system change requests and advise stakeholders on business impact.
• Support rollout of new functionalities and improvements across markets.
• Identify gaps between business processes and system capabilities (including SAP S/4HANA) and recommend solutions.
• Support operating companies in applying standard processes in daily operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.

Together, these two layers cover all end-to-end functionalities in our business.

The DBB Standing Organization (SO) is the team responsible for supporting our Operating Companies in their day-to-day activities after the DBB solution has gone live.

As a Demand to Warehouse (DtW) Process Consultant, you will maintain and improve global standards across planning, production, and logistics processes. You will support markets in applying standard ways of working, assess process and system changes, and help roll out improvements across global platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders and key users to ensure process consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• maintain and improve global DtW process standards

• identify gaps between business processes and system capabilities (including SAP S/4HANA) and recommend solutions

You are a strong candidate if you:

• have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, process, or transformation roles
• have experience in planning, production, or logistics processes
• have hands-on experience working with SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) in a supply chain context
• understand how business processes, systems, and data interact
• communicate effectively with different stakeholders
• bring strong problem-solving and consulting skills.

Nice to have:

• experience with additional supply chain platforms (e.g. SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, manufacturing/plant systems, Parsable)
• experience in process design, process mapping, or continuous improvement methodologies.
