Job summary

HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center in Kraków is looking for a Tax Finance Platform Consultant to join the Digital & Technology Team. You will work in the SAP-DRC platform, translating business requirements into global tax reporting and e-invoicing solutions, while ensuring knowledge transfer and high-quality delivery.

The role requires a minimum of five years in consulting, strong English (C1), and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Electronics, or related studies.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, ideally in the Tax domain.
• Experience implementing SAP-DRC for reporting and e-invoicing in multiple countries.
• Understanding of Tax Reporting and E-Invoicing processes.
• SAP FI / SD / MM experience or understanding.
• Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player and able to work effectively and in an agile way with product teams and influence others for consensus.
• Experience rolling out solutions within complex global programs.
• English C1

Responsibilities

• Work within the tax finance platforms product team to translate business requirements into SAP-DRC solutions for tax reporting and e-invoicing.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the tax domain and manage knowledge transfer.
• Deliver functional enhancements, write and review specs and test scripts within deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide end-user support, UAT, and training.
• Manage solution quality and technical debt.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to reduce complexity.
• Guide and coach team members to embed competencies across design, build, deploy, and support.

Tax Finance Platform Consultant is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in HEINEKEN Global Shared Service in Krakow. Your Responsibilities Would Include

• working within the tax finance platforms product team to transfer business requirements into solutions within the sap-drc platform, safeguarding the template design of the global solution in the area of tax reporting and e-invoicing
• keeping up with relevant developments in the functional area and ensuring the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge
• delivering working functional enhancements, including writing and reviewing functional specs and test scripts, within the allocated timescale and quality standards, minimizing rework and supporting a zero-defect culture
• providing support to end users for issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and training
• managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
• identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes affecting the product and proposing solutions to reduce complexity
• providing guidance and coaching to team members throughout the design process, ensuring key competencies needed to develop, build, deploy, and support the product are embedded in the team.

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Electronics, or other related studies
• a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, ideally in the Tax domain
• experience with implementing SAP-DRC for both reporting and e-invoicing. Preferably in various countries around the Globe
• understanding of Tax Reporting and E-Invoicing processes
• SAP FI / SD / MM experience or at least understanding
• ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• team player and able to work effectively and in an agile way at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
• experience in rolling out solutions within complex Global programs
• English C1

You Are a Perfect Match If You Also Have

• architect experience for other (Tax) solutions is a plus
• experience in working with JIRA and SNOW solutions
• ITIL process knowledge
• Experience working in Agile.
