Job summary

FedEx Global Trade Services (GTS) seeks a Business Analyst to transform workforce management and data governance across Europe. You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and AI teams to deliver reporting solutions and data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes data governance, AI governance processes, and measurable productivity gains. You will help shape how clearance operations leverage data, analytics, and modern tools to improve productivity, service levels, and

Qualifications

• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with BI reporting tools and data governance concepts.
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 25%).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for productivity and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data, reporting and workforce management.
• Support the development of Power BI dashboards and operational reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document requirements for Workforce Management modules including forecasting, scheduling, and analytics.
• Support AI governance and compliance activities, including controls and audits.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and user testing for adoption.
• Translate business challenges into scalable data, reporting, and technology solutions.
• Support implementation of strategic workforce management initiatives.
• Facilitate process reviews and requirements discussions.
• Support UAT, adoption, and change management activities.
