Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Gdynia is seeking a Senior Content Specialist to shape operating models, data workflows and tooling across Content Operations. You will collaborate with engineering, product and operations to refine requirements, support design, drive adoption and deliver transformational change.

You will influence data management at scale while working at the forefront of AI, automation and product-led transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation tools, Python, SQL or low-code platforms.
• Experience delivering transformation initiatives across data and technology.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement skills.
• Experience documenting operating models and business processes.
• Experience supporting platform migrations or change programmes.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and propose scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Content Infrastructure Owners to translate requirements into operational solutions.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Define, document and maintain operating models and standards.
• Support data modelling by documenting rules, workflows and dependencies.
• Develop deep understanding of data sources and processing logic for the domain.
• Lead testing and validation to ensure business requirements are met.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer on new tools and functions across teams.
• Gather user feedback to improve adoption and effectiveness.
• Analyse data lineage and processing logic to support DBOR capabilities.
• Build expertise in DBOR processes and act as trusted advisor.
• Identify process improvements via technology and workflow enhancements.
