Macrobond Financial is seeking an experienced Data Tools Team Manager to lead a team of about 20 software professionals across multiple squads near Szczecin, Poland. This is a fixed-term maternity cover focusing on people leadership and delivery management.

The role emphasizes setting objectives, performance reviews, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Development, Content, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing software teams and developing people.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with recruitment, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Tools Team to high performance.
• Oversee capacity planning, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate work with Product Management, Development, Content, Sales and Leadership.
• Translate business needs into delivery priorities and plan.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and collaboration models.
