Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data Steward to own how product information moves from business teams to market, validating, enriching, and syndicating data through inRiver across channels. It’s a cross-functional role with breadth: resolving data gaps at the source and maintaining data ready for launches.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data management, strong Excel skills, and experience with PIM tools. This role offers flexible remote/office options and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Experience with multiple data management/tools.
• Experience with PIM tools (inRiver, Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
• PIM data syndication experience for retailers or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Validate product data across core systems for completeness and accuracy.
• Upload product data into PIM systems and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data issues across channels.
• Communicate data requirements to stakeholders to align with launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Maintain and reconfigure data syndication templates in inRiver.
