Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data Steward to ensure the accuracy of product data across core systems and manage PIM workflows.

You will upload data into the PIM (inRiver/Salsify/Informatica/Akeneo) and work with stakeholders to fill gaps, while reporting launch statuses and maintaining syndication templates. Strong Excel skills and English communication required. This role offers hybrid work options with growth opportunities and exposure to Fortune 500 projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data management and governance.
Understanding of data lifecycle and stewardship.
Proficiency with Excel and data tooling.
Experience with PIM systems: inRiver, Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo.
Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate;
Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders;
Support business teams with product data usage issues;
Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines;
Create, track, and report on product data and launch status;
Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
