The role focuses on enterprise data enablement, democratization, and transforming organizations through robust data architectures, security, and governance. Hybrid work and relocation possibilities within Poland are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements engineering and solution architecture.
• Knowledge of multiple tech domains (Data Platforms, IoT, ML, Backend).
• Strong data warehousing, BI, data management knowledge.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Address business goals with best practices in data, solution, enterprise, and software architectures.
• Conduct architectural activities: analyze problems, identify requirements, design solutions, create artifacts.
• Perform hands-on software engineering: write code and data models, understand various stacks and patterns.
• Build data platforms and AI-enabled environments, including on-premise and cloud with security and compliance.
• Guide implementation teams in data integration and analytics product lifecycle at scale.
• Drive data technology consulting, helping clients shape visions and reduce uncertainty.
