• 5+ years in senior leadership (Manager/Lead) roles in Agile or hybrid envs.
• Proven track record leading teams of 40+ members.
• Experience in multiple full project lifecycles or major product launches.
• Deep data engineering, modeling, and visualization expertise for business use.
