Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Poland seeks a Data Software Engineer to craft analytic solutions using Python, SQL and modern data frameworks. You’ll work on Cloud, On-Premise and Hybrid data platforms, with exposure to Databricks and Pandas.

Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you’ll drive data-informed decisions, participate in code reviews, and uphold high-performance engineering practices while growing in GenAI/LLM tools and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Practical experience with GenAI/LLM tools
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to Pandas library

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Big Data, and NoSQL-centric technologies
• Develop and implement Cloud, On-Premise, and Hybrid solutions utilizing data frameworks
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive data-informed decisions
• Maintain synergy with architects, technical leads, and other teams
• Analyze business and technical problems and design quality technical solutions
• Engage in code reviews and test solutions for best practices
• Promote high-performance engineering culture
• Write comprehensive project documentation
