Allegro AI Hub is hiring a seasoned Data Scientist to drive impactful ML projects across Marketing, Advertising, and other domains. You will work with GenAI, neural networks, and large-scale datasets on Google Cloud Platform, shaping offline and online models in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

The role requires 2+ years of data analysis experience in Python, SQL, and a strong statistical background, with a flexible hybrid work setup based in Warsaw, Poland.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and building machine learning solutions in Python.
• A passion for translating business challenges into impactful AI/ML problems.
• Excellent communication skills, from formulation of analytical problems to presentation of results.
• Proficiency in Python and efficient use of basic development tools.
• A strong understanding of statistical and machine learning methods.
• A degree strongly related to statistical/mathematical modeling (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful projects: co-create solutions from concept to productization across Marketing, Smart, Advertising using predictive, segmentation and recommendation models.
• Master diverse techniques: work with models including GenAI, boosting, neural networks, causal inference, optimization, and deep learning.
• Handle massive datasets: process terabytes of data via Google Cloud Platform, with tabular, natural language, image, and time-series data.
• Drive model implementation: participate in implementing both offline and online models.
• Collaborate across teams: partner with business stakeholders, analytics, and data engineering teams.
