Location: Our Warsaw headquarters with a Kraków office; most work is delivered remotely, with on-site collaboration for client engagements across Europe. You should be willing to travel as needed to client locations.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education & Experience Requirements (Cumulative):

Minimum Bachelor's degree in discipline like Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods. At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms. At least 1 year of experience in delivering analytical projects with top Cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in at least one of programming and query languages like Python, PySpark, SQL. Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including: Clustering, regression, classification, forecasting Neural networks, hyperparameter optimization Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs).

Other Skills:

Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions. Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies. Professional working proficiency in English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Advanced Technical Expertise Experience with frameworks like XGBoost, lgbm, Prophet, Hyperopt, Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, sklearn, LangChain, CrewAI, Open AI API, Hugging Face Transformers or Google ADK.
• Experience with generative AI or agentic AI technologies.

Tools & Platforms:

• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.

Cloud and AI certifications:

• Azure Data Science Associate.
• Azure AI Engineer.
• Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer.
• Google Cloud Data Analytics Professional.
• Databricks ML Professional.

Working Conditions:

Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków.

Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves on-site collaboration. You should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs.
