Accenture's AI Centre of Excellence in Poland is part of a global team of AI experts delivering scalable AI solutions. We seek specialists with 2+ years in data-driven analytics, including 1+ year in generative/agentic AI, and a strong English proficiency.

Join our AI Centre of Excellence in Poland, part of a global team of 9,000+ AI experts and data scientists. We partner with leading tech providers (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, SAS) to build scalable AI solutions that drive real business impact.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Experience Requirements (Cumulative):

• At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• Within this experience , at least 1 year should involve working with generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions.

Technical Skills:

Frameworks & Libraries:

• Python-based AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Google ADK.

Cloud Platforms:

• Experience delivering analytical projects using one of the following:
  • GCP : Vertex AI, Vector Stores, AI Agents
  • Azure : Machine Learning, OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search
  • AWS : SageMaker, Athena, Forecast, Rekognition, Bedrock

Algorithms & Concepts:

• Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including:
  • Clustering, regression, classification, forecasting
  • Neural networks, hyperparameter optimization
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs)

Other Skills:

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.
• Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Working Conditions:

• Location : Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków.
• Flexibility : While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves on-site collaboration. You should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs.
