Job summary

Accenture in Poland is seeking a data/ML professional to contribute to the AI Center of Excellence. You will design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies, collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams with business and data science experts.

We welcome candidates with 2+ years in analytics projects on major cloud platforms and strong programming in Python/SQL.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education & Experience Requirements (Cumulative):

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in discipline like Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods.
• At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• At least 1 year of experience in delivering analytical projects with top Cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in at least one of programming and query languages like Python, PySpark, SQL.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including: Clustering, regression, classification, forecasting Neural networks, hyperparameter optimization Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs)

Other Skills:

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.
• Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Working Conditions:

Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków.

Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves on-site collaboration. You should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs.
