Job summary

Lufthansa Systems poszukuje specjalisty AI/ML do zespołu ds. analityki danych. Zadania obejmują projektowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań AI, analizę danych lotniczych oraz współpracę z biznesem w celu identyfikacji możliwości zastosowania AI.

Praca w modelu hybrydowym z możliwością pracy z biura w Gdańsku — 2 dni w tygodniu w biurze. Wymaga solidnego angielskiego i doświadczenia w ML oraz chmurze.

Qualifications

• Stopień Bachelor’s lub Master’s z Informatyki, Matematyki, Inżynierii Oprogramowania lub innego pola ilościowego.
• Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i dostarczaniu rozwiązań AI/ML dla realnych wyzwań biznesowych.
• Praktyczna znajomość ML i przynajmniej jednej z: Generative AI, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics.
• Dobra znajomość Pythona i bibliotek: Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch lub podobnych.
• Doświadczenie z platformami chmurowymi Azure lub GCP.
• Dobra znajomość SQL.

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie, tworzenie i wdrażanie rozwiązań AI z wykorzystaniem ML, Generative AI i Computer Vision.
• Analizowanie danych lotniczych i przekształcanie insightów w innowacyjne produkty i zastosowania biznesowe.
• Współpraca z interesariuszami w celu identyfikowania możliwości i definiowania rozwiązań AI.
• Prowadzenie inicjatyw AI od koncepcji i prototypów po wdrożenie produkcyjne.
• Rozwój i utrzymanie rozwiązań ML w chmurze oraz skalowalnych potoków danych.
• Udział w architekturze rozwiązań, integracji danych i praktykach MLOps.

Nasze wymagania:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or another quantitative field.


• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions for real business challenges.


• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and at least one of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision,Predictive Analytics.


• Strong Python programming skills and experience with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or similar.


• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.


• Good knowledge of SQL.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


• Very good command of English (B2/C1).


• Readiness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week from our Gdańsk office).

Mile widziane:

• Experience building data integration pipelines.


• Knowledge of cloud solution architecture.


• Experience in aviation, transportation or other data-intensive industries.


• Knowledge of Polish.
