Job summary

NTIATIVE IT Recruitment is helping a leading international pharmaceutical client find a Data Quality Specialist who will turn data health into a KPI-driven process by cleansing and structuring data for centralized operations. If you enjoy turning business logic into clean Power BI dashboards, this is for you!

You will define quality standards, build DQ rulebooks, develop dashboards with the Power BI team, prioritize data issues with data stewards and SAP SMEs, and lead regular data health

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Management, or Business Analytics.
• Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and SAP data structures.
• Power BI with SQL or data profiling skills.
• Analytical mindset turning business needs into measurable data rules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define Quality Standards: Build and maintain Data Quality rulebooks and KPIs across key master data domains.
• Dashboards & Analytics: Partner with the Power BI team to build interactive dashboards, track trends, and profile data to find root causes.
• Remediation & Cleansing: Prioritize data issues, coordinate mass cleansing activities, and track improvement alongside data stewards and SAP SMEs.
• Stakeholder Reviews: Lead regular data health reviews with business owners, using clear metrics to promote good data stewardship.

If you love digging into data, turning business logic into clean Power BI dashboards, and working hands-on to cleanse and structure data for centralized operations-this role is for you!

What we are looking for:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Management, or Business Analytics.


• Practical knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and SAP data structures.


• Hands-on experience with Power BI (SQL or data profiling skills are a strong plus).


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn business needs into measurable data rules.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
