Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to join the Digital & Technology Team (D&T). You will drive data quality initiatives, standardize data rules, and reduce data health risks across markets with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with data architects, product owners, and engineers to ensure reliable data landscapes, apply governance best practices, and shape the data quality roadmap for HEINEKEN’s data assets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant (global) experience in data quality roles.
• Experience deploying data quality solutions or MDM across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of data quality dimensions and lifecycle management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis for data errors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency and reliability of the overall data landscape.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Chapter Lead to elicit, analyse, document and communicate data quality requirements.
• Support prioritisation of data quality rules with key stakeholders.
• Define and own the value definition of Data Quality initiatives.
• Translate client data needs into product backlogs, DQ rules, and remediation plans.
• Develop Acceptance Criteria for data quality requirements.
• Break down data issues into actionable stories.
• Profile data ahead of Sprint stories.
• Apply discipline and technical rigor to data profiling and validation processes.
• Engage stakeholders to secure inputs on data standards.
• Manage data solution quality and monitor technical debt; assist testing of data pipelines.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies and data governance best practices.
