Job summary

InPost is seeking a Data Platform Product Manager to drive the evolution of a modern data platform, enabling scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data capabilities across the organization.

The role focuses on defining the technical roadmap, cloud environments (Azure, Databricks), DevOps/DataOps practices, and strong collaboration with Data, AI, Engineering, Finance, and Business teams. Remote cooperation within Poland is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a data platform or technical product.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for the data platform.
• Drive the development of cloud-based data environments across Azure, Databricks and related technologies.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security and operational excellence.
• Lead FinOps initiatives, cloud cost optimization and budgeting processes.
• Implement and improve DevOps/DataOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code standards.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and coordinate procurement activities.
• Oversee contracts, SLAs, licensing, purchase orders and invoice validation processes.
• Collaborate closely with Data, AI, Engineering, Finance and Business stakeholders.
