Job summary

ActiveCampaign is expanding its Krakow hub and seeks a data engineering leader to architect and maintain scalable data pipelines. You will drive data modeling, feature store design, and MLOps pipelines while ensuring reliability with automated testing, CI/CD, and Terraform-based deployment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in software engineering, strong SQL (MySQL) skills, and hands-on experience with AWS, Snowflake, Spark, and DBT in a modern data stack.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep Data Architecture expertise for modern data stack design.
• Proficiency with Terraform for IaC and deployment.
• Strong practices in automated testing, CI/CD, and software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build high-throughput data pipelines across the ecosystem.
• Execute data modeling and schema design for performance and scalability.
• Champion engineering excellence with automated tests, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform).
• Collaborate with Data Science/AI teams to engineer feature stores and MLOps pipelines.
• Drive system monitoring and health checks for containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow).
• Translate complex data architectures into clear, non-technical insights for stakeholders.
