Job summary

DCG, a recruitment partner, seeks an IT Analyst to bridge business needs and development teams, supporting delivery of high-quality IT solutions. You will contribute to building and refining the Data Platform and design advanced data and analytics solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into tasks, work in a cross-functional Agile delivery team to improve data quality and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex requirements.
• Proven experience in data analysis, data hygiene and data quality.
• Knowledge of workflows and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Big Data concepts.
• Strong communication with business users.

IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business needs and development teams to support delivery of high-quality IT solutions
• Participate in building and rebuilding the Data Platform
• Design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features
• Manage delivery dependencies across teams and organizational units
• Work as part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team
• Analyze complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Translate business needs into tasks, features and user stories
• Support data analysis, data hygiene and data quality activities

Requirements:

• Strong experience in working with complex requirements
• Proven experience in data analysis, data hygiene and data quality
• Practical knowledge of workflows and data pipelines
• Knowledge of SQL and Hive
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Big Data concepts
• Experience with incident management processes and tools
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, features and user stories and work independently
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand new technologies quickly at a high level and ask relevant questions
• Strong communication skills and experience working with business users
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

• Experience in reading and writing code
