Job summary

DCG is seeking an Expert Data Business Analyst to elicit and translate requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and design data-driven solutions in a banking context. You will map data, shape architecture, and ensure quality through delivery while working with international teams.

The role emphasizes SQL proficiency (Snowflake, MSSQL), experience with Snowflake/dbt, and familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot and LLMs to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the banking industry.
• Strong requirements elicitation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Experience with AI solutions (Copilot, LLMs, agentic) preferred.
• Excellent SQL skills (Snowflake, MSSQL).
• Experience with Snowflake and dbt.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs and translate into implementation specs.
• Collaborate with product owners to clarify requirements.
• Communicate objectives across stakeholders.
• Perform data mapping, modeling, and solution design.
• Contribute to architecture and maintainability of solutions.
