Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a data governance specialist to model and document data structures, ensure end-to-end lineage, and maintain metadata workflows across Databricks and Purview. You will integrate Collibra with technical sources, enforce governance standards, and collaborate with data engineers and product teams to ensure robust metadata practices.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Java, Python (Pandas), SQL, REST APIs, and strong documentation skills within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with metadata platforms and governance tooling.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, metadata architectures, lineage, and catalog concepts.
• Proficiency in Java and Python (Pandas expertise required).

Responsibilities

• Model and document data structures, metadata relationships, and end-to-end lineage across data platforms (lakehouse architectures).
• Configure and maintain metadata workflows, connectors, and governance assets.
• Integrate technical metadata from Databricks and Microsoft Purview into governance tools.
• Operate and troubleshoot metadata services on Linux (logs, services, deployments).
