Job summary

emagine Polska is seeking a Data Modeler to join an international banking project in a hybrid setup based in Lisbon. The role focuses on maintaining and evolving enterprise data models while ensuring governance and data quality across complex systems.

You will collaborate with Data Custodians, Data Office, DBAs and development teams to align models with governance processes and documentation. Strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in data modeling and governance within enterprise environments.
• Proficient in relational data models and SQL.
• Documentation of data models and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Produce and maintain data model documentation including entities, attributes, relationships and constraints.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards, naming conventions and validation workflows.
• Coordinate data model changes with Data Custodians, Data Office, DBAs and development teams.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure approved model changes are delivered according to governance processes.
• Keep domain diagrams up to date to support knowledge sharing.
• Support evolution of enterprise data models while preserving consistency and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
