Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist for our Global Shared Services in Kraków. The role combines data entry, database management, and reporting to support the supply chain with accuracy and efficiency.

You will work in a hybrid model with 2 days in the Kraków office, reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Team Leader. The position requires a BA in Business or equivalent and at least 1 year in shared services or supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• BA in Business or Equivalent.
• Min 1 year experience in Shared Services, customer service and supply chain.
• Proficiency in English and another language (French, German, Spanish, etc.).
• Administrative abilities to create and retrieve records.
• Experience with SAP, ARIBA, Prime.
• Ability to analyze, identify and resolve issues.

• Input, review and verify information in the database management system.
• Coordinate document management operations for long-term storage and retrieval.

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist for our Global Shared Services. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS centre and grow together with the developing organization.

You will report to the Supply Chain Operations Team Leader and be located at Kraków office. You will work in hybrid model with 2 days at office.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry management
• Support the Westinghouse supply chain for data needs including vendor and supplier database management through information gathering, entry and maintenance activities of our approved supplier list and other processes
• Input, review and verify all information on the database management system to ensure completion and accuracy. Identify necessary actions to correct data.
• Coordinate different document management operations (including use and maintenance of databases) to ensure permanent long‑term storage, protection, control, and retrieval of information according to applicable procedures.
• Use databases to produce standard reports on stored information and use query systems to produce non‑standard specialized reports upon request. Use multiple databases to produce index of specific documents requested by users. Produce copies of requested information, maintaining logs.
• Provide the internal customer with guidance and training with regards to Vendor Master Data.
• Conduct root cause analysis, quality issues and initiate new processes changes to prevent future data quality issues, including taking necessary corrective action.

Qualifications

• BA in Business or Equivalent
• Min 1 year experience in Shared Services, customer service and supply chain
• Proficiency in both English and a minimum of one other language will be an asset. This language proficiency should be demonstrated in both spoken and written forms. The desired languages include French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, and Bulgarian.
• Administrative abilities to create records, file and retrieve records
• Experience with IT tools such as SAP, ARIBA, Prime
• Ability to analyse, identify and resolve issues, or address them to appropriate responsible

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 6,083 to 7,608 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
