Job summary

Signify is seeking a Data Engineer in Piła, Poland, to manage product data and costing within SAP, ensure data quality, and support cloud data uploads. You will collaborate with R&D, product management, and factory teams across Europe to enable data-driven decision making and cost improvements.

The role requires finance/economics/IT background, strong SAP/Excel data skills, and fluency in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Manage product data and costing in SAP and create/maintain data accuracy.
• Ensure high-quality data entry and secure uploads to cloud systems.
• Support end-of-life processes by cleaning obsolete data and phasing out components.
• Lead at least one data management improvement project per year.
• Calculate and update standard prices for new and existing products, incl. quarterly updates.
• Provide data-driven insights for deal and pricing analysis to inform cost improvements.
• Collaborate with product management and engineers in New Product Introduction projects.
• Contribute to central data engineering community and cross-factory projects.
