Job summary

Capgemini Invent Poland is seeking a Technical Data Quality Specialist to ensure trusted data for reporting, decision-making, and AI solutions. You will implement data quality controls using Python, SQL, and Databricks, and collaborate with business and technical teams across data governance initiatives.

We require 3–5+ years in data quality roles, fluent English, and the ability to work on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław. SAP MDG experience and large-scale data transformation exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Engineering, Data Governance or MDM.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Practical knowledge of Databricks or a similar data platform.
• Experience with data validation, root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Understanding of data quality frameworks and controls.
• Fluent English.
• Based in Poland and available to work full-time on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław.
• Nice to Have SAP MDG experience.
• Experience in large-scale data transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Implement and automate data quality checks using Python and SQL.
• Analyse data and investigate data quality issues in Databricks.
• Define data quality rules, controls and KPIs.
• Produce data quality reports and dashboards.
• Work with business and technical teams to resolve identified issues.
